WHAT TYPES OF SESSIONS DO YOU OFFER?
I do families, live events, portrait sessions, rainbow bridge sessions, and lifestyle work. I love growing with my clients and becoming their forever photographer.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
I accept cash and credit card.
WHEN IS THE PAYMENT DUE?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is due at time of booking. The remainder is due on the day of your session.
IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL FEE IF I PAY VIA CREDIT CARD?
Yes. The retail adjustment fee for all credit card transactions is 3% of the charged amount.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes, however a travel fee may be required.
HOW DO I RESERVE YOU FOR MY DATE?
All dates are reserved once we receive your signed contract and non-refundable retainer.
IF I CANCEL MY SESSION, WILL I RECEIVE MY RETAINER FEE BACK?
Unfortunately no. Retainer fees are non-refundable and are used to reserve your date. Once we’ve reserved your date, we do not accept new clients for your date.
IF I CHANGE MY SESSION TO A DIFFERENT DATE, WILL I BE ABLE TO USE MY NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER FEE TOWARDS A FUTURE DATE?
Generally no, however this is taken on a case by case basis. The reason for canceling and my availability is taken into account. Also, if rates change from your original date to your new date, the new rates will apply.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE OUR IMAGES?
For any type of portrait session, I ask for up to 2 weeks. Need your photos done in a specific amount of time? No problem. I offer "rush fees" so you can get your photos right away.
5 Day Rush Fee- $120
24 Hr Rush Fee- $200
HOW LONG DO YOU STORE FILES FOR?
I try to store files for 6 months, but do not guarantee the storage of images once the final gallery is delivered and downloaded. I have multiple hard drives and backups.
Please, backup your files after you download your gallery. Once the final gallery is delivered and you have downloaded it, I will remove it from my site.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY IMAGES AFTER 6 MONTHS?
After 6 months it depends on how much new data has been added to the archives so no definitive time after that. There’s always a possibility I may still have a copy in the photo archives. But it depends on whether it’s just after a few months or years.
If there’s still a copy of your gallery and you need to get back into it that is not a problem at all. I can get you back into your gallery for $70.
WILL MY PHOTOS APPEAR ON YOUR WEBSITE?
I only use a very small selection of photos that are relevant on my website. At my discretion, I may create a blog post of your event and amplify and promote your brand or cause to my audience.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
All sessions and meetings are by appointment only. I do offer evening and weekend appointments, which are limited, and book quickly.
DO YOU GIVE OUT RAW (UNEDITED) FILES?
I typically do not provide RAW (unprocessed) files from our shoots because I believe in delivering a finished product. However, on occasion, I may provide RAW images along with our post-produced JPG’s for an additional fee and restrictions.
HOW WILL THE PHOTOS BE DELIVERED?
You will receive a link to your online gallery to the email you have provided. From there, you can download your photos with the provided PIN, share the link with friends/family, share to social media, and order prints.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?
It depends on what type of booking. Portraits and headshots will have less quantity. The larger the event and with a great number of hours booked the higher the quantity of photos. On average a 4 hour event will have approx. 200 photos.
